Lifecycle
Installation is one week. The contract is twenty years.
Most lift complaints are maintenance failures, not equipment failures. We price the AMC honestly and publish what each visit covers.
What we do
Seven services, covering the whole life of the lift.
The label on each card says when in a lift’s life that service applies — not a serial number. Most buildings need three or four of them at any given time.
How we work
What a service contract with us actually looks like.
Written down, because vague maintenance promises are how buildings end up with lifts that are serviced on paper and failing in practice.
The visit leaves a record
Every AMC visit ends with a signed checklist handed to the building manager. If you cannot show a service record to an auditor, the service did not happen.
The scope is listed, not implied
The contract states which items are checked, which are replaced as consumables, and which are chargeable. Surprises in an invoice mean the scope was written badly.
Breakdown calls reach a technician
One escalation number, answered by someone who can diagnose over the phone and dispatch. Trapped-passenger calls are triaged ahead of everything else.
Parts are quoted before they are fitted
Except in a safety-critical failure, no part goes in without approval. Genuine components only, from traceable supply.
Ageing lifts get told the truth
Past about twelve years, patching a controller stops being economic. We will say when modernization is the better spend, even though it is a bigger conversation.
Coverage
Where we service, and how fast.
Engineers are based in Ghaziabad and dispatched across the National Capital Region. Breakdown calls are triaged by trapped-passenger risk first, then by building criticality.
Unhappy with your current AMC?
Send the last service sheet and a photo of the machine room. We will tell you what is actually being missed before we quote anything.
